Have you come across coworking yet? Coworking provides small businesses and freelancers a space to work and collaborate without the costs of renting a whole office. As coworking spaces open up all over the UK, coworking is a trend that’s set to grow as more and more people build their own businesses or work from home as a permanent part of their role.
Opening later this month, Louise and Mark Stevenson have created WorkHere to bring coworking to Hereford. Based on the three floors above Coffee #1, WorkHere provides a flexible, affordable workspace for the city’s small businesses, freelancers and home-workers. WorkHere will be offering their visitors high speed broadband of up to 1Gb and the opportunity to work alongside a community of people from a wide range of businesses.
Memberships range from 1 to 2 days per week hot-desking in the space, to full time fixed desks that are yours for the duration of your membership. WorkHere are also keen to welcome visitors here just for the day, great for people who are visiting Hereford for work or only need to use the space now and again.
Although not officially open until later this month, WorkHere are keen to invite BID members to come and visit the space on Wednesday 29th January between 5-7pm. You can find out more at workhereford.co.uk.
