LoyalFree App Wins New Customers

In July this year the Hereford BID launched their flagship project, LoyalFree. This essentially is a city app that typically contains retail, office and hospitality offers designed to entice the public to come to you and buy.

For the Regency Cafe in St Peter Square, the app has proved an absolute hit with owners Tommy and Claudia who are converting their loyalty stamp card customers onto the app as well as drawing in new ones. Loyal customers buy 9 hot drinks and get the 10th free by scanning a QR code with their phone - but the same approach can work for all manner of shops and can even be a straight out deal if you have one to give.

Rhiannon Burns, Marketing Manager for Hereford BID said “demand for the app has been phenomenal and businesses are finding so much success with this that they are starting to run competitions too which really drives engagement and focus on their offer and location. Any BID member is entitled to come on and we welcome enquiries so we can pop in and show you how it works’.

The app currently has over 25 businesses showcasing deals with more coming on daily. Not only are there deals but trails too including the recently added ‘Apples for Autumn Trail’ - here participants can see all the shops with apple themed delights for sale and can even bag a luxury hamper by visiting and scanning at just 5 locations (no purchase necessary).

If you want to know more please do get in touch with the Hereford BID team and in the meantime, why not download the app and see for yourself?
