The summer arts tent is coming

Attracting footfall

During the months of July and August 2016, we put on our rst summer program of quality arts and crafts child activities, for a range of ages, in our mission to attract extra footfall for the bene t of BID businesses. All sessions were delivered with the help of BrightStripe and took part in our very large and distinctive Hereford City Life gazebos (Hereford City Life is the consumer name the BID uses when marketing Hereford).

During the 5 weeks of Art Fun our team of professional artists entertained and tutored over 480 children - all of whom came along with either one or two adults who then went on to collect a small gift waiting for them at various BID businesses. This ensured our guests were distributed over the BID area with the potential to spend money with you. Feedback was excellent across all sessions and we are currently in the process of planning 2017.
